Madrid, December 1, 2021. COFIDES is supporting Grupo Antolin's international operations by granting a  joint venture loan of 10 million euros under the FIEX fund. The financing will contribute to the investment of the company's international subsidiaries.

Grupo Antolin has a considerable industrial presence in the main vehicle-producing countries, with nearly 150 factories in 26 markets, which allows it to provide the highest level of service to vehicle manufacturers. To take advantage of emerging forms of mobility and the drive for electric and connected vehicles, the company is developing innovative solutions for car interiors, which integrate lighting systems, decorative surfaces and electronics, with a special focus on markets with high growth potential, such as China.

The COFIDES Chairman and CEO, José Luis Curbelo, said that "the Spanish automotive components industry is one of the leading sectors in R&D&I, both nationally and internationally. Supporting the growth of these companies through foreign investment helps to create quality employment and to strengthen the company itself".

"We are very pleased to have the financial backing of COFIDES as we continue to deploy our global strategy, which aims to consolidate our position as a provider of innovative technological solutions, while continuing to grow in key automobile markets," added Ernesto Antolin, Chairman of Grupo Antolin.
