COFIDES is a founding member of EDFI, the association of European Development Financial Institutions, which works together with its counterparts in 15 European countries.
The EDFI Association supports and coordinates the EFP European Financing Partners and the ICCF Interact Climate Change Facility, co-financing mechanisms in which COFIDES has participated since their creation. COFIDES is a member of the Board of Directors of both of these financial mechanisms.
The EDFI Management Company, of which COFIDES is a partner, manages the AgriFI and ElectriFI initiatives, two combined financing facilities supported by the European Union. COFIDES has been a member of its Board of Directors since 2021.
